A browser-based way to open HIYAK
You do not need to install the HIYAK mobile app to open the web service. The Start Video Chatting button takes you to web.hiyak.com in the same browser window. From there, you can log in or register.
No download does not mean no account or no charges. Review the available call options and any coin costs after signing in. Browser support and the features available to you can depend on your device and the current web version.
Before you begin
A working camera
Check that your lens is uncovered and another application is not holding the camera. Put your device on a stable surface.
Clear sound
Make sure the correct microphone is connected. Headphones can help reduce echo in a shared or noisy space.
A steady connection
A stable internet connection matters more than a busy background. Pause large downloads if your video or audio begins to break up.
You choose when to allow camera access
Opening this information page does not turn on your camera or microphone. When you use a calling feature inside HIYAK Web, your browser may ask for access. Check that the request comes from the HIYAK site before allowing it.
If you previously blocked a permission, review the camera and microphone settings for that site in your browser. Your device may also have a separate permission setting for the browser itself. You can change permissions again later.
Browser or mobile app?
A browser is a convenient starting point when you do not want to install another app. A mobile app may fit an ongoing routine differently. Choose based on the features you actually need, and check what is available in each version instead of assuming they are identical.
If you encounter a problem, update your browser, close conflicting camera apps and consult the camera and microphone guide below. Avoid promising yourself a call at a specific time until the device setup is working.

Can I use HIYAK without downloading its mobile app?
Yes. Open web.hiyak.com to access the HIYAK Web login and registration screen in a browser. Available calling features depend on the supported device and web version.
Does “no download” mean “no sign-up”?
No. HIYAK Web has a login and registration step. This page does not promise anonymous or account-free access.
Will this page activate my camera?
No. Reading this page does not request camera or microphone access. Any permissions needed for a call are requested inside the web service.
Are calls free because I am using a browser?
No. Browser access does not remove charges for paid features. Check the current coin cost inside HIYAK before calling.
